Return & Refund Policy
At SpeedPrinting, your satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa (Act 68 of 2008).
📅 Return Period
You have 2 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of any issue. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, reprints, or exchanges after this period.
🖨️ Quality Concerns
If there is a printing defect or quality issue, we will gladly reprint the affected item(s) at no cost to you.
Reprints are done to your satisfaction and based on the original order specifications. No changes to artwork or specs can be made during a reprint.
📦 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or reprint:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, along with your order number, within 2 days of receipt.
🔁 Refunds, Reprints or Repairs
In accordance with the CPA, SpeedPrinting reserves the right to:
Refund (full or partial)
Repair the defective product (if applicable)
Replace or reprint the item
The most appropriate remedy will be applied depending on the nature of the defect and in line with Section 56 of the CPA.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Errors in customer-supplied artwork
Delays caused by external couriers or acts beyond our control
